We agree room order, access and handover dates first, then work area by area, sanding with Mirka dust-free sanders that extract at source. Walls are finished in a washable matt such as Little Greene Intelligent Matt Emulsion, woodwork is refreshed and each area is left clean, with signage wherever paint is wet.
