Landlords with a home to let
With so few rented homes, most landlord work here is a single house needing a refresh between tenants. We make good marks and fixing holes, stain-block water and smoke marks with Zinsser, and repaint in a washable finish that can be touched up later.
Because the parish includes HMP Highpoint, its headline population of 2,336 does not reflect the housing. We plan around the 480 households when thinking about local demand.
