Shops and offices in the market town
For premises, we start with a visit from Graham to see the building and ask about any fixed dates, such as a reopening or a new tenant. Shopfronts usually come first, and we can work early or in quiet periods so trade carries on.
With 104 listed buildings in the town and a conservation area, some premises will be listed. We'll talk through materials and any consents you might need, and follow any site sign-in process.
Landlords, flats and turnarounds
About 900 homes in the town are flats, and 157 of those are converted or shared houses. Between tenancies these need making good, stain-blocking and repainting quickly. Washable finishes such as Little Greene Intelligent Matt touch up well, so the next refresh is smaller.
