Shops and offices in a market town
The shopfront is the first thing customers see. We can paint frontages early in the day or in quieter periods so the door stays open, and inside we section off areas and keep exits clear. If the building is listed or in the conservation area, agree colours with East Hertfordshire District Council before we start.
Our commercial experience reaches well beyond Cambridge. We've decorated shops including Chocolat Chocolat, offices, schools and 38 rooms at Westminster College.
Landlords with a few properties
Private and social renting together account for about 22% of Buntingford households. For landlords between lets, we make good fixings, stain-block marks, refresh woodwork and use washable finishes such as Little Greene Intelligent Matt Emulsion so later touch-ups blend in. With 422 Buntingford households in social rented homes, housing providers may also need empty properties decorated between tenants, and the same washable approach suits that work.

How we approach commercial painting
Graham visits the premises, asks about deadlines and opening hours, and sends a written quotation covering each area. Given the 43-minute drive, we group the work into full days on site. Materials are kept in an agreed area, low-odour paints are used where staff are working, and Mirka dust-free sanders keep dust off stock and desks. We tidy every evening. The full method, products and FAQs are on our commercial painting page.
