Commercial painting in Stotfold
Stotfold is a town rather than a village, and its ONS built-up area also takes in the adjoining Fairfield Park development. Most commercial decorating here is likely to be for landlords and smaller premises, and we scale the team to the job.
On any occupied building we agree working areas and times first, keep corridors and fire exits clear, sign wet paint and keep materials in one agreed spot. Out-of-hours work can be discussed where daytime isn't practical.
Exteriors get a survey from Graham for cracked masonry, missing render and rotten timber, and walls green with algae are jet washed with an anti-fungal wash before painting.
Bigger projects and lettings
Our team of 12 has decorated 38 accommodation rooms at Westminster College in Cambridge to the college's own schedule, and painted and papered student flats in Colchester. That habit of working to fixed dates applies to a letting deadline too.
Between tenants, we make good fixings, stain-block marks, repaint tired rooms and refresh doors and woodwork.

How we approach commercial painting
Before work starts, we agree the order of rooms and any dates to avoid, with Belinda as your single contact. Washable finishes such as Little Greene Intelligent Matt Emulsion suit busy areas and rental flats. Mirka dust-free sanders extract at source, and we follow any site induction or sign-in procedure. The full method, products and FAQs are on our commercial painting page.
