Letting work between tenancies
The 2021 Census recorded 726 privately rented households in Littleport and 742 renting from a social landlord. Between lets, we make good tenants' fixings, stain-block water and smoke marks, strip and repaint tired rooms and refresh doors and woodwork. Small repairs can go to our builder or carpenter.
We suggest washable finishes such as Little Greene Intelligent Matt Emulsion, which touches up well when the next tenant moves out.
Commercial painting for shops, offices and schools
In occupied premises we agree working areas, keep fire exits clear, sign wet paint and use low-odour products near staff. Shopfronts can be done early or in quieter periods so the door stays open. For larger jobs, our team of 12 means enough decorators to finish on time.
We decorated 38 rooms at Westminster College in Cambridge around the college's schedule, and student flats in Colchester for JR Pickstocks. The Colchester case study describes that job.

How we approach commercial painting
For Littleport premises Graham visits, discusses dates and phasing, and sends a written quotation. Belinda is your single point of contact. We follow any site induction or sign-in process, keep materials in an agreed area, sand with Mirka dust-free sanders and tidy daily. A copy of our £5 million public liability policy is available. The full method, products and FAQs are on our commercial painting page.
