Rental property between tenancies
When a tenancy ends, a landlord usually has a short window to get the property back on the market. We make good holes and fixings, stain-block water and smoke marks, and repaint tired rooms in washable finishes that are easy to touch in at the next changeover.
Flats make up about 12% of Soham's homes, including some in converted houses and a few in commercial buildings. In those, we plan access through shared hallways and keep communal areas clear.
Shops, offices and town premises
Soham sits just off the A142 between Ely and Newmarket, and its businesses need their premises looked after as much as homes do. Shopfronts and entrances can be done early or in quieter periods, and inside we section off areas so staff and customers can work around us. Out-of-hours scheduling is possible where it's needed.
Our commercial work includes student accommodation in Colchester and 38 college rooms in Cambridge. We hold £5 million public liability insurance and will share a copy of the policy for your records.

How we approach commercial painting
For a Soham rental we'd agree the deadline first, then list every repair, mark and room in the quotation. Work runs room by room, with Zinsser stain block on marks, filled fixings and two coats on walls. Our builder and carpenter can deal with small repairs alongside. Rooms are left clean and ready for photographs or viewings. The full method, products and FAQs are on our commercial painting page.
