Commercial painting for Waterbeach landlords and letting agents
At the 2021 Census, 421 Waterbeach households rented privately and 383 from a social landlord. Between tenancies, rooms need turning round quickly: fixings filled, stains sealed with Zinsser, tired rooms stripped and repainted, and a washable matt such as Little Greene Intelligent Matt Emulsion that touches up between lets.
Small repairs can go through our builder and carpenter on the same quotation, so a letting agent has one contractor to chase rather than three.
Shops, offices and larger jobs
With the development on the former barracks and airfield taking its first residents in 2022, the village is growing. For shops and offices we agree working areas, keep fire exits clear and can discuss out-of-hours scheduling where daytime work isn't practical.
On a bigger scale, we decorated 38 rooms at Westminster College in Cambridge around the college's own timetable, described in the Westminster College project. We hold £5 million public liability insurance, and our commercial painting page covers health and safety on site.

How we approach commercial painting
Graham visits the premises, asks about fixed dates such as a tenancy start or trading hours, and the programme is built around them. Belinda is your single point of contact. Occupied areas are sectioned off, wet paint is signed, materials are stored in an agreed spot, and we sand with Mirka dust-free sanders and tidy at the end of every day. The full method, products and FAQs are on our commercial painting page.
