Commercial painting and letting work in Comberton
Between tenancies a house needs to be ready for the next viewing, and that's a deadline we plan around. Typical work is making good holes and fixings, stain-blocking water marks with Zinsser, stripping a tired room and repainting in a washable matt that can be touched up later.
For a small office, shop or other premises, we agree working areas and times in advance, keep exits and walkways clear, and can discuss out-of-hours work where daytime isn't practical.
Larger jobs we've handled
Our team of 12 decorated 38 rooms at Westminster College in Cambridge around the college's own timetable, and student flats in Colchester for JR Pickstocks. A Comberton job will usually be smaller, but the planning is the same: one contact in Belinda, a written quotation and a clear order of work.

How we approach commercial painting
For lettings we focus on durable, washable finishes such as Little Greene Intelligent Matt Emulsion and woodwork that wipes clean. In occupied premises we use Mirka dust-free sanders, put up wet-paint signs, keep materials in one agreed area and tidy at the end of each day. A copy of our £5 million public liability insurance is available on request. The full method, products and FAQs are on our commercial painting page.
