We choose Graham’s company because of their very quick response to our enquiry and their site visit was followed-up the next day with the quote for the work. While we were detailing the work we wanted done, they listened carefully.

They were able to start work very quickly after the site visit and Andrew arrived at 7.30 each morning and finished around 3. In the few week’s they were here, I saw that Andrew did a huge amount of work to prepare the surfaces for the final result. As we are in a Victorian property with the original sand/stone plaster, this meant a lot of preparation work had to be done!

Halfway through the project unfortunately found that one of our chosen colours did not look as we had expected. Graham brought us a massive colour chart that enabled us to choose a couple of tester pots. Andrew then painted them on the walls in different places so we could see them in different lights and we were able to choose one, which was ultimately perfect. When the gloss paint for a little too strong smelling, they helped to try and reduce the smell with lemons and water. Every day Andrew left the rooms neat and tidy.

When the work was complete we were absolutely delighted with the end result; a navy blue ceiling is not what most projects would have and Graham and Andrew took on the challenge admirably. It has resulted in a realisation of the image we had in our mind’s eye. We had a couple of spots that needed touching up once the paint had dried and settled and they came back in to complete that a few weeks later.

We were very pleased with how Graham, Belinda and Andrew helped us achieve what we were after by going above and beyond and ensuring that their customer service is excellent. I will be asking them to come back and complete more decorating work in the future.
